Those are exactly my measurements now! Did you stick with the nutrition guide strictly or did you sway from it occasionally? Also, what about supplements? Did you use any through your 3 months? I greatly appreciate your time. You are an inspiration. Congrats on your amazing results!

Thanks for the kind words. I didn't pay attention to nutrition at all. That was the whole point of the bet I had made with a friend. But I also did a lot of workouts on top of P90X. It was pretty sick really.
I did have the occasional recovery drink, cause my buddy said it wasn't good enough to make a positive difference.
