No time for a long workout, so I did the Crossfit WOD from a couple of days ago: Helen...

3 Rounds for time:

  • Run 400 meters
  • 21 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood (55 lbs)
  • 12 pull-ups

Beat my old time by 2:40.
