My First Rip

It didn't take long... Got my first rip today. It happened during some heavy deadlifting. Pretty sure the warm up kipping got it going, but the straw was my heaviest deadlift to date.

CFSB WOD 10.28.09:

Deadlift 3×3 - 3 x 245#, 3 x 265# (RIP), 3 x 265#
Then, AMRAP 10 minutes:
15 Jumping Back Squats
15 Good Mornings

6 Rounds + 8 Squats with 45# barbell.
