Hey Arbel,
What's WOD stand for? And what's this new workout you are doing? Sounds intense but looks like it doesn't take a lot of time.
I've been doing P90X for about 2 weeks and like it, but need to mix it up a bit I think.

I've been doing it for a while on my own, but I just joined a Crossfit gym and it's a completely different experience. I love it!!

Crossfit is all about mixing it up. One of the main principles is being constantly varied. It also does not end after 90 days, pretty much the tip of the ice berg at that point.
Gyms seem to be popping up everywhere. I bet there are a handful of ones in the Chicago area. You might wanna check one out. Just be ready to lose your lunch on occasion :)
